Officially founded in 1989, Peniche & Associates was just a seed in the mind of President LeeAnn Peniche in the early 1980s.  After managing Dr. Budd Rubin’s orthodontic practice and using his office as a laboratory to create and develop proven systems, LeeAnn’s hopes for a career in consulting soared.  During her time at Dr. Rubin’s office, LeeAnn developed techniques and skills that would allow her to run a successful business and teach others how to efficiently run theirs.  In 1985, LeeAnn began her employment with Faculty Paradigm Practice Management then, in 1987, took on a consulting role with Seven Dimensions Practice Management.  In 1989, LeeAnn began her own consulting business while still working for both Faculty Paradigm and Seven Dimensions.

Gradually, LeeAnn began hiring consultants to cover her ever-growing workload and Peniche & Associates gained clientele and a reputation as one of the premier practice management firms in the country. Then during their tenure with Align Technology, Peniche & Associates continued to grow and thrive. Today, Peniche & Associates is the exclusive training team to OraMetrix, makers of a revolutionary, end-to-end orthodontic treatment process called SureSmile. With the continued growth also came the expansion of office locations from Portland to Phoenix, San Diego and Northeast Florida. Consultants and support staff are always close at hand to offer valuable training to orthodontic offices across the country. In addition, Peniche & Associates is involved in seminars and workshops organized by the AAO, PCSO, MASO and many more. As an international lecturer and presenter, LeeAnn Peniche has carved out her rightful place as a leader in the practice management consulting arena.
